MOEN 87540 One-Handle Kitchen Faucet Review

I bought this faucet early this year.It hung around, waiting to be installed, for months.Finally, the old one became unusable.My husband wanted nothing to do with installation and was happy to hire a plumber. Well....I wasn't.So, I embarked on my first "plumbing" job.Myfirst (and only) problem was getting the old one out.I called customerservice at Moen and a highly qualified gentleman advised me how touninstall the old faucet.He was competent, articulate, and, best of all,was not the least bit condescending: he gave me the confidence andinformation I needed to complete the job.With the old faucet out, in wentthe new, with great ease.I needed a connection part and was able to findit easily at the hardware store, thanks to my friend at Moen.
The onlyreason I gave this only 4 stars is because of the decreased water pressure. That, of course, is a result of the water saving feature but I find itjust a little too decreased.If I use the spray feature, however, thepressure seems to be normal.The faucet is very easy to use and veryattractive.
